Hi, I’m Alexis, a mom of two little ones, and former elementary teacher with a background in early learning and child development.

After years of working with young children, I found myself overwhelmed by the pressure to constantly create elaborate activities at home. I wanted simple ways to connect through books and play without spending hours prepping materials or searching for ideas online.

That’s why I created Little Play Days.

Each activity begins with a beloved children’s book and includes a simple play invitation designed for real family life. You do not need a dedicated playroom, expensive materials, or instagram-worthy setups to create meaningful moments with your child.
